Who we are
Action for Health Development is a Cambodian NGO, officially registered with the Ministry of Interior in November 2006. Its managers and staff already had medical, management and financial experience and training from working with Catholic Relief Services on community-based health programmes from 1993.
As a Cambodian NGO, AHEAD obtains funds from and collaborates with the government and other NGOs to manage community-based health programmes, with water and sanitation and transportation components, alongside work on HIV, tuberculosis, malaria and health system strengthening.
