How AHEAD is organised
AHEAD consists of a Board of Directors, an Executive Director, a management team and staff. The Board is concerned with policy; the Executive Director and management team are responsible for implementing policy and plans, and for day-to-day operations.

Six members
Guides and ensures the development and implementation of policies and strategies which guarantee the mission, goals and objectives of AHEAD. Reviews and approves organisational policies periodically.

Executive Director
Dr. Moul Vanna
Accountable to the Board for the implementation of policy and plans, and for applying the policies and decisions of the Board to day-to-day operations.

Programme managers and officers
Develops policies and strategies alongside the Executive Director, and manages complex projects with a variety of health and government officials and communities.

Controls over budgeting, expenditure, procurement and reporting to donors.

Safeguards for children encountered through programme activities.

Declaration and handling of interests that could affect decisions.
AHEAD has a team of programme managers and officers with extensive experience in managing complex projects alongside health and government officials and communities, and has been involved in developing policies at the national level.
