Toolkits

The operational documents

Forms, checklists and templates that took us years to get right. Take them rather than repeating the years.

  • Clinic setup toolkit

Everything needed to open a rural health post, from equipment lists to the register templates.

  • Supervision toolkit

Structured supervision visit forms and the coaching approach that makes them useful rather than punitive.

  • Handover toolkit

The process we use to transfer a programme to a national health system, including what to negotiate first.

  • Outbreak response toolkit

Assessment checklists, case definitions and the first-72-hours procurement list.
