Work toward improving the quality of health and life of the Cambodian people regardless of race, age, sex, or religion through working with government and community partners to improve the quality, accessibility, availability and sustainability of Community Based Primary Health Care and other health interventions.

Strengthen and empower communities, community structures and health providers to develop capacity and skills on health issues and self-management to address their own problems.

Promote dignity, peace, justice, solidarity, transparency, good governance, accountability, good stewardship, efficiency and self-reliance for all.
